Letterbox that accepts packages. Opening the lid pulls an inside tablet (green in the see-through drawing) into horizontal position using steel wires, so the package can be placed on it. Closing the lid causes the tablet to drop into vertical position and the package to fall into the lower compartment. The package cannot be retrieved from above.
Made from afzelia wood treated with Danish oil. Dimensions: H 120 cm; W 40 cm; D 40 cm. The house number is carved 3 mm deep using my Shaper Origin and then filled with green epoxy resin.
